Weihai Xihe International Trading Co., Ltd. (威海曦和国际贸易有限公司) uses the information you submit to assess and respond to your sourcing request.

Information you provide

The form collects your enquiry type, product, quantity, specifications, optional target price and arrival date, destination, name, company, email and optional phone or WhatsApp number. It records a request reference and submission time. Do not submit payment credentials or sensitive personal information.

Storage and email notifications

Enquiries and internal follow-up records are stored in the website database hosted through Sites on Cloudflare. The enquiry workspace is restricted to the site owner. When email notifications are enabled, enquiry details are sent through Resend to XIHE’s contact mailbox. Your address is used as Reply-To so XIHE can respond directly. Email notification failure does not remove the saved enquiry.

Optional website analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics”, we store a random browser identifier in local storage and a visit identifier in session storage. We record a hashed browser identifier, page paths, visit times, device category, source website hostname and quote-form interactions in our own website database. We do not collect IP addresses for these analytics, full referral URLs, form contents or advertising identifiers. If you submit an enquiry after allowing analytics, the enquiry can be linked to that visit to measure conversion.

You can select “Essential only” or change your choice using “Privacy preferences” at the bottom of the page. Withdrawing consent stops future collection and clears analytics identifiers from your browser; existing records and aggregate counts are not automatically erased. Browser Do Not Track is respected. Enquiry submission works without analytics. Blocking scripts, clearing browser storage and using different devices can affect estimated visitor counts.

Following up and sharing requirements

XIHE uses your contact details to discuss the request. Relevant product requirements may be shared with potential suppliers or service providers to assess feasibility and prepare quotations. Tell us before sharing confidential drawings or materials that require a separate confidentiality agreement. The form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Questions or deletion requests

For questions, corrections or a request to delete enquiry or analytics data, email 2529297394@qq.com with your enquiry reference where available. XIHE will review the request and any recordkeeping needs associated with an order.
