Review product specifications, quantities, acceptance criteria, total scope, delivery terms and payment schedule.

Confirm & fund the order
Approve the written order or pro forma invoice. Pay the agreed stage in advance before procurement or production begins.

Purchase & produce
After payment is received, we coordinate purchasing, production and progress updates with the selected suppliers.

Inspect & approve
Check the goods against the agreed requirements. Resolve issues and obtain buyer approval before shipment preparation.
